Automations
Note: Enabling access to the Settings allows the options within the Workspace section of the setting to be available. To enable the Global Settings section, the user must be an Administrator.
An Automation is a set of actions that will be done to an inbound message if it meets ALL of the triggering criteria. Once a automation has been created it then needs to be linked to one or more streams on which the automation will operate.
- In the top-right of the application, click on the Settings Menu icon ( ). This will display a list of available options.
- Click on the menu option labelled Automations, which also has the automation icon ( ). This will cause the automation set-up form to be displayed.
