Filtering in Inbox
To search or filter contents of the message list, the Filter Panel located above the details panel can be used. This allows filtering of a wide array of categories, and also perform a text search of the message list.
This is most often used to only view messages from a certain account, look for specific messages about a topic, or filter based on assignment or tag type. The filtering buttons act as a toggle to the display of the associated filter.
Clicking on the Filters button presents the user with multiple lists of options, each with it's own associated check box. At the top of each list is the option 'All' which is initially checked, which provides all elements from the selected list. The lists available are as follows:

Clicking on the Streams / Accounts button presents the user with multiple columns, one for each available Channel. Each channel has a list of associated streams, each with it's own associated check box. At the top of each list is the option 'All' which is initially checked, which provides all elements from the selected list. Selection of the streams to be included in the message list is determined by selection of the streams via the associated check boxes. To suppress all streams for a specific channel, ensure that the 'All' option is not selected. When the Apply button is clicked, any stream filtering is applied to the message list.
